As a team, we: Combine analytical rigor with a strong customer success mindset Act as trusted advisors, not just technical analysts Thrive in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment, sharing methods, scripts, and lessons learned Work closely with Customer Support, Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure our clients succeed and our methodologies stay robust 💡 It’s one of Greenly’s most influential client‑facing teams: high expectations, complex projects, and real impact on both client outcomes and product evolution. 🌍 🌱 About the role We’re looking for a Climate Expert (2–8 years experience) who can blend analytical depth, project management, and confident client communication — someone who is as comfortable working with data as they are leading a meeting.
