Main duties and responsibilities Be responsible for the HR office: payroll support / administration and documentation; month end closing (payroll) on the 1st day of the month; HR reporting; prepare/update job descriptions and other HR documentation; onboarding plans, training and development of employees; job adv and interviews; HR budget; control of the KPI in HR; privacy; support other offices.
