Job Description The Product Data Coordinator delivers key Product Data documents for external use: Legal Texts, Feeding Guides, and Certificates of Formula for the development and deployment of all Royal Canin products globally. Education and Experience Postgraduate diploma level in food-processing, biology or chemistry (Bac+5) Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG sector or related industry. Skills and Abilities Excellent communication skills. Strong coordination and organizational abilities. High attention to detail. Proficient in IT systems relevant to the role. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. Key Responsibilities Align with Project Managers the timeline for deliverables respecting team capacity and inform them of risks or delays. Coordinate with stakeholders to define specific information required to ensure regulatory compliance. Perform double-check of formulas against Formula Logic and nutritional guidelines. Deliver legal text and feeding tables in WeShare on time and accurately. Associate IP assets in WeShare. When required for import, deliver Certificate of Formula according to import country requirements. Be key contact for product-related questions from Customer Cares and Scientific Support teams and transfer when required. Driving Compliance and Continuous Improvement Ensure interface with regulatory, graphic chain, formulators, product developers to keep updated guidelines. Maintain data quality in systems and update when required. Lead investigations on non-conformity in packaging and identify corrective actions. Proactively generate, capture and share knowledge within the PDC team. Key-Users of Systems Critical to the Activity Ensure associates are trained and competent in using the system. Collect development opportunities and align roadmap with system experts. Contribute to developing new functionalities as user voice. Run testing of new functionalities and communicate to all users.
