Their goal is to save time for all engineers while ensuring consistency, security, and scalability. They work closely with product teams to anticipate needs and improve the day-to-day developer experience.YOUR DAILY ROUTINEDevelop internal tools and frameworks to streamline infrastructure managementBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Infrastructure as Code best practicesImplement and refine monitoring and alerting systemsEnsure system reliability through incident response and root cause analysisParticipate in architecture reviews and provide SRE perspective early in the designApply principles of fault-tolerance, load balancing, and energy efficiency optimizationShare knowledge within the team and broader engineering organisationContribute to the reliability and performance of services and standardization of engineering practicesAbout You HARDSKILLS :Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines (Terraform, Ansible, Gitlab)Solid expertise in Linux systems and production troubleshootingGreat skills of centralized container management (K8s, Helm)Proficiency with monitoring/logging tools (OpenMetrics, OpenTelemetry)Programming skills in Go and PythonSOFTSKILLS :Collaborative mindset and team-first approachCurious, continuous learner with a drive for operational excellenceClear and effective communicator (written & verbal)Comfortable working in English and across multidisciplinary teamsWHAT YOU WILL FIND AT SCALEWAY ++++Hybrid work: We offer up to 3 days of remote work per week.Offices: Our offices are spacious, dynamic workspaces with bold design, conveniently located near public transport.
