Join our team and create your future.### À propos du poste Dans le cadre de l’ouverture et du développement de son bureau parisien, Huron Consulting Group recherche un(e) Office Manager / Assistant(e) de Direction pour accompagner la direction européenne et assurer le bon fonctionnement quotidien du bureau. Véritable pivot opérationnel, vous jouez un rôle clé à la fois sur la gestion du bureau, le support exécutif de haut niveau et la coordination administrative dans un environnement international, exigeant et en forte croissance.### **Vos missions****Gestion du bureau & administration générale*** Assurer le fonctionnement quotidien du bureau parisien (organisation, logistique, coordination).* Être l’interlocuteur(trice) principal(e) des prestataires externes : syndic, bailleur, fournisseurs, services généraux.* Gérer les commandes (fournitures, équipements), le suivi des contrats et la relation fournisseurs.* Organiser le courrier, les livraisons, les déplacements et la logistique locale.* Veiller au respect des standards internes, des procédures et des règles de santé & sécurité.**Assistanat de direction*** Assurer un **support administratif et organisationnel** auprès de la direction Europe.* Gérer des **agendas complexes**, organiser réunions, comités et déplacements (France & international).* Préparer des supports de réunions, présentations et documents (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).* Organiser et coordonner les réunions en présentiel et à distance (Microsoft Teams).* Être un point de contact clé avec les équipes internationales (notamment US).**Coordination financière & suivi administratif*** Suivre les factures fournisseurs, notes de frais et paiements en lien avec la finance.* Participer au suivi budgétaire du bureau (dépenses, reporting simple).**Vie du bureau & culture*** Contribuer à l’accueil des nouveaux collaborateurs (onboarding).* Participer à l’organisation d’événements internes et à la qualité de vie au travail.* Être l’ambassadeur(rice) du bureau parisien auprès des équipes et visiteurs.**Profil recherché*** **5 à 7 ans d’expérience minimum** en tant qu’Office Manager, Assistant(e) de Direction ou rôle similaire.* Expérience en environnement **international, conseil ou services professionnels** fortement appréciée.* Excellente organisation, sens des priorités et grande discrétion.* Très bonnes capacités de communication et relationnelles.* Maîtrise avancée de **Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)**.* **Anglais professionnel courant indispensable** (échanges quotidiens).* Autonomie, proactivité et esprit de service.* Un rôle central dans la construction et le développement du bureau parisien.* Un environnement **international, stimulant et en croissance**.* Une grande autonomie et une vraie visibilité auprès de la direction.* Une culture d’entreprise axée sur la collaboration, l’excellence et l’impact.### ## ****Position Level****Manager### ## ****Country****FranceAt Huron, we’re redefining what a consulting organization can be.
