We’re rapidly growing and bringing a culture of innovation and collaboration to the music experience.Job DescriptionJoin Deezer’s Core Product Division as a Data Engineer and help build reliable, data‑driven experiences for millions of music fans worldwide. We are hiring two Data Engineers, one for the Deezer for Creators team and one for the Core Product Listeners team.What you’ll doDesign, develop, improve and maintain data pipelines and ecosystem.Monitor data flows, detect anomalies, and resolve incidents.Manage and improve APIs to ensure reliable access to data for internal teams and external partners.Collaborate closely with developers, product managers and other stakeholders.Participate in the data community by collaborating with data engineers, analysts and scientists.Qualifications – Essentials5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.Familiarity with data quality frameworks and best practices.Solid experience with Spark/Scala, Python, SQL, BigQuery, ETL.Proactive, organized and a strong team player.Fluent in English.Nice-to-haveExperience with Airflow, GCP or other cloud provider.Affinity with Ops topics (CI/CD, monitoring, infrastructure, FinOps) and tools (Ansible, Terraform).Experience with entity matching, data reconciliation or data science applied to quality problems.Experience with AI/ML‑powered data processing workflows.Experience sharing good practices between teams.Diversity & InclusionAt Deezer, diversity drives innovation.
