The role requires significant field mobility in the Est sector and collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure the appropriate use of therapies and products.ResponsibilitiesIn external engagement, provide advice and expertise in the relevant domain to healthcare professionals.Educate healthcare professionals on the use of products and therapies and share best practices and proper usage of therapies and products with healthcare professionals.Inform and respond to questions from hospital practitioners about one or more products; proactively inform professionals about safety data, correct usage, and monitoring elements of treatment.Develop relationships with various healthcare professionals.Organize and lead information sessions on products/environment (professional meetings, staff briefings).Participate in medical affairs–organized training events and identify clinical support needs within the sector in collaboration with the sales team.Implement, monitor and evaluate clinical support actions; contribute to demonstrations.Advise healthcare facilities on organizing their structures for patient care and implementation of protocols in services.Monitor environmental and competitive intelligence; collect and relay pharmacovigilance, medical device vigilance and quality complaint information.Collect, analyze and transmit requests and information to the relevant services.Internal responsibilitiesParticipate in sector action plans with Hospital Delegates.Contribute to onboarding and training of new arrivals.Draft and follow activity reports in the dedicated tool.Apply internal and external procedures and regulations.Candidate profileSavoir-Faire et SavoirState nursing diploma and knowledge of hospital environments and circuits, preferably in intensive care.Eligibility for professional card issued by AGVM.Knowledge of regulatory and scientific aspects.Knowledge of the therapeutic field (Acute Dialysis).Ability to plan and organize.Ability to develop and lead training (pedagogical and logistical aspects).Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.Ability to develop partnerships and establish trustful relationships.Proficiency in using computer tools (Word and PowerPoint).Soft skillsInterpersonal skillsPublic speakingAutonomyAvailability and mobilityTeam spiritInitiativeStrong adaptabilityEthical conduct in accordance with the information charter for outreach or prospecting promoting medicines and their certification references.Reasonable AccommodationVantive is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
