Founded in 2013, we're transforming how work gets done through our tech-powered, human-centered platform.We are seeking a Senior Financing Operations Manager to join our Finance Strategy-Central team in Paris.Responsibilities:Managing daily financing operations: ensuring efficient transaction processing and risk managementImproving processes: continuously optimizing financing operationsBuilding strong relationships: fostering connections with external financing partners (Factors and Fintechs) and internal teams (Sales, Customer Care, Tech, and Finance) within an international scale-up environmentKey ResponsibilitiesParticipate in all stages of financing transactions: eligibility assessment, financing requests, and payment allocationEnsure compliance with company policies and financial regulations, including fraud prevention, credit limit monitoring, and buyback processingAddress operational challenges with a strong focus on customer satisfactionPropose and implement solutions to optimize processes and enhance efficiencyGenerate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational processesAbout YouIdeally 3 to 5+ years of experience in factoring, treasury, or finance operations, preferably within an international marketplace or fintech environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent English communication and good interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyProficiency in Jira, Google Sheets, Looker, and Slack is a plusFirst call with our Talent Acquisition Manager to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have (30-45 minutes).Interview with your future manager, Glwadys Bouchard, to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role (45-60 minutes).Business case for you to complete at our office, evaluated by Benoit Charpentier to assess your technical skills.
