Purpose The Engineering Project Engineer's purpose is to support the Engineering Project Manager in delivering projects that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability, contributing to the organization's strategic objectives and long-term success. Responsibilities You provide support to the Engineering Project Manager in managing engineering work including engineering deliverables, work-hour and schedule control. You work across all engineering disciplines to ensure the engineering deliverables are completed on time, on budget, on quality and in accordance with all safety and regulatory requirements. You ensure lessons learnt are captured, understanding the change impact within and across project system boundaries. You support actively discipline interfaces, including third parties where applicable (clients, subcontractors, vendors, classification societies and regulatory bodies). Education Engineer Diploma Experience 5 to 10 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry Functional Competencies Engineering design and calculation tools Concept development Plant Layout - FPSO Layout Detailed design Systems Engineering Inspection, testing, commissioning and monitoring Sub-contracting Site engineering Analysis Planning SBM Offshore N.V. is a listed holding company that is headquartered in Amsterdam.
