Salesforce Service Cloud is the cornerstone of this ecosystem, but you will also be responsible for mastering and steering a broader application landscape to ensure seamless journeys, robust processes, and exemplary data quality—all while strictly adhering to confidentiality and compliance requirements (PII, GDPR).The functional scope includes:Client 360 profileDefinition and tracking of Advisor goalsClient portfolio managementOmnichannel (O2O) communication between Advisors and ClientsManagement of sensitive Data Privacy processesClient interests and preferencesService consumption and expiration in boutiqueClient listing and analyticsClient event management, and moreWhat Impact You Create At ChanelAs Product Owner Tech Advisor & Customer Engagement, you orchestrate this end-to-end product portfolio, aligning multiple stakeholders within CHANEL, and ensuring the highest standard of service.
