OverviewProgram Manager – Finance & Procurement H/FThe Program Manager is a direct report of the Programme Director in the Finance & Procurement transformation team. The Project Manager is responsible for the following activities in Finance & Procurement scope (including FIT projects):Maintaining the overall Finance & Procurement Roadmap and managing the arbitration forum to align project-related priorities, providing a clear overview for decision making from top management, capacity planning for project contributors and for external capacity if required.Explaining and improving GEODIS project management methodology in close collaboration with project managers and PMOs.Performing quality reviews on projects in Finance and Procurement scope (including FIT projects).Acting as project manager when needed.Managing / coaching a team of one project manager and two PMO project resources.Following the capacity plan for the team and adding external project management capacity if required (and validated).Following the capacity plan for his team to add if required (and validated) external project management capacity.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and update the Programme Roadmap & Planning: ensure the accuracy and exhaustivity of the Programme Roadmap (Finance & Procurement), governance and reporting (including capacity plan).Collaborate with project managers to understand critical paths, resolve conflicts, identify major risks and escalate mitigation actions at the Programme level.Provide KPI for capacity planning and risk management related to project contributors.Monitor project dependencies (Finance and Procurement projects) and liaise with other projects that could impact the roadmap.Own the Programme governance to ensure timely decisions with appropriate preparation and documentation.Promote project methodology and manage its continuous improvement (lean and agile) with project managers; monitor evolution in project management methodologies (e.g., AI contributions to project management).Budget Management: work with the Programme Director and Finance team to follow monthly closing, budget (including Capex), timesheets and external contracts for projects in the team.Documentation & Quality Assurance: implement Project Quality standards; organize the Quality assurance review process defined with the Programme Director; act as a four-eyes review when required on project deliverables.Governance and committees (not in Roadmap Governance): collaborate with FIT teams and other project teams to provide insights for Steering Committees, Design Authority, Change Board.The Programme Manager may manage one project, depending on availability.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; proven experience (10 to 15 years) as a Project Manager in finance or procurement processes; experience in an international context is preferred.Successful work experiences in Programme Management on projects of similar size, complexity and strategic importance, preferably in finance or procurement transformation.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Strong relationship / communication skills to build and maintain an internal network with stakeholders.Ability to present to CxO level for decision making.Autonomous, tenacious, agile, and capable of adapting to diverse stakeholders.Analytical skills to assess situations and propose data-based decisions.Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.Initial experience in management (direct reports in addition to project teams).Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, SAFe or equivalent).Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage.EducationBAC+5 / MASTERLanguages #J-18808-Ljbffr
