The Group draws on a heritage of 100 years in the textile and fashion industry and today is owned by Permira Funds and the founding families Schustermann and Borenstein.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the commercial performance of a portfolio of brands or a classification, supporting the Lifestyle category, with accountability for key KPIs in close partnership with Merchandise Planning.Develop and execute buying and assortment strategies aligned with Lifestyle category, classification, and company targets.Lead negotiations with brand partners to secure commercially successful and mutually beneficial agreements.Ensure a relevant, customer‑focused assortment by identifying trends, onboarding new brands, and optimizing seasonal opportunities within the Lifestyle category.Collaborate cross‑functionally and communicate insights clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with brand partners while representing and promoting the company strategy.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Fashion Management, or a related field.Proven experience in buying, merchandising, or a commercial role within fashion, retail, or lifestyle categories.Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated record of commercial impact.Solid understanding of market trends, brands, competitors, and customer needs within Lifestyle or related segments.Data‑driven and commercially minded, with the ability to make KPI‑led decisions.Confident communicator, able to present complex topics and collaborate effectively across teams.At BESTSECRET, diversity isn’t just a trend – it’s our professional philosophy.
