YOUR MISSION Helping our members – Your first mission will be to deal with our members' requests in a meaningful, delightful and timely manner. Your goal is to be transparent, accurate, clear and helpful to them, offering exceptional service on a health‑critical subject. Improving Alan – As a User Care Expert you’ll work on projects alongside answering members. You’ll help implement better processes and tools, and contribute to improving our product by analysing, identifying improvement areas and making suggestions. Grow and learn – You will become an expert in healthcare and insurance, help new team members, and benefit from a fast‑growing company that places the member at its heart. Pioneering – The Belgian care team is small but expanding rapidly. You’ll build, nurture and enhance the team on a daily basis. JOIN THE BÉLGIAN CARE TEAM Have 2+ years of experience in a customer‑support role, education or communication. Are bilingual in English + Dutch. Have a passion for caring for members and solving their problems. Love written communication. Are comfortable with computers and technology in general. Have a very empathetic mindset. Are motivated and entrepreneurial. Have enthusiasm for teamwork, learning and teaching. Bonus: knowledge of the Belgian healthcare system. Good to know: We aim to hire full time at the A2‑B1 level range. Insurance is a regulated profession. All agents in contact with the public must pass a basic insurance knowledge test within their first year (some exemptions apply). The exam is covered by Alan – reach out to us for details.
