Today, our teams are spread across 45 countries and serve 160 countries with the support of a large distribution network.Come and join a family‑owned global company with a long‑term vision, and a human‑centered culture.AccountabilitiesYou will be responsible for the strategy, commercialization, and growth of one specific solution within the BioMérieux Vision Suite portfolio, a healthcare IT suite supporting both inside the lab (molecular, microbiology, immunoassay) and outside the lab (clinicians and government agencies for national surveillance). This portfolio plays a vital role in antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) and the global fight against antibiotic resistance. As part of the Integrated Solutions team, this role delivers high‑value solutions by combining data/IT with medical expertise and lab consultancy. This integrated approach enhances customer outcomes by complementing instruments and reagents with digital transformation and expert‑driven solutions.Your key responsibilities will be:Define and lead the global market strategy, positioning, and value proposition for LUMED to enable adoption across AMS/IPC/Hospital organizationsSupport global launches, commercialization phases, and lifecycle managementTranslate strategy into clear commercial guidance, sales enablement tools, and training for regionsMonitor performance through revenue, installed base, and adoption KPIsCollect and analyze market and customer insights to continuously refine strategyCollaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure aligned executionProfileMaster’s degree in healthcare IT, Molecular/Microbiology, Business, or a related field5 to 8 years’ experience in global marketing, market management, or business development within IT healthcareStrong understanding of digital healthcare ecosystems, laboratory informatics, national surveillance programs is a plusAbility to collaborate with regional teams, government agencies, and healthcare professionals in a global organizationFluent in EnglishExcellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skillsWillingness to travel internationally as neededEEObioMérieux welcomes applications from all individuals, regardless of race, national origin, gender, age, physical characteristics, social origin, disability, union membership, religion, family status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression or any unlawful criterion under applicable law.
