Configuration & Requirements Management Expert - (F/M)Created in 2009, ESSP is a young and dynamic company, a pan European service provider, certified by EASA (the European Union Aviation Safety Agency) to deliver safety-critical services. Our mission is to operate and provide Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) services, among which, the main one is, the EGNOS service (the European Geostationary Navigation Overlay Service), on behalf of the EUSPA (the European Agency for Space).We are looking for a Configuration and Requirement Management Expert who will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of robust processes and tools for Documentation and Change Management, Requirements Management and traceability, and the Configuration Management of all assets involved in the Operations of our Systems, and the provision of our services. For these activities, we are looking for an Engineer with 5 years’ experience in space or aeronautical domains, with a very good level of English (minimum B2).Your main responsibilities/activities will be:Requirements Management:- Implementing simple & robust requirements management processes to ensure that:o Customer and Regulatory requirements (technical, safety, security) are properly captured,o Traceability of requirements in documents,o Compliance to such requirements is tracked and managed in configuration,o Statements of Compliance can be generated as required.- Acting as the functional responsible for the implementation and maintenance of requirements management tools (e.g Reqtify, Polarion…),- Animating a cross-functional network with requirement owners to ensure ownership and compliance.Configuration Management:- Implementing a simple & robust configuration management process in accordance with European space standard ECSS‐M‐ST‐40C - Configuration and information management,- Acting as the functional responsible for the implementation and maintenance of a CMDB tool set,- Animating a cross-functional collaboration network with asset owners to ensure that:o For each system operated and service provided by the company, a Configuration Management Plan (CMP) defined and maintained throughout their lifecycle,o Configuration items properly identified, inventoried, documented,o Configuration baselines defined and recorded for each version of a technical System,o Close collaboration with Software development and Assurance is in place to ensure consistent software configuration,o Changes to configuration items are analysed, submitted to the required Change Control Board, and recorded,o Dependencies between configuration items are identified, and captured in configuration history / versioning,oConfiguration Status Accounting Reports (CSAR) can be generated efficiently as required,o Contractual Items Status Lists (CISL) can be generated as required.Documentation Management:You will support Quality Assurance and Documentation Management to ensure consistent and state-of-the art methods and tools are in place for efficient documentation production, and control.Profile:- Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001)- Proficiency in Configuration management databases (CMDB)- Proficiency in Requirements management solutions: Reqtify, Polarion…- Proficiency in Documentation management solutions: MS Sharepoint, MS Word advanced functionalities, DMS solutions.- Knowledge of ECSS-M-ST-40C would be a plus- Knowledge of DO178 or other software quality assurance standards would be a plus- Rigorous, autonomous- Good communication and capability to negotiate- Adaptability and ability to summarize- Proficiency in MS Office usual software (Word, Excel, …)- High level of English (B2-C1) – CECRLJob Specifications:- Engineering degree or equivalent- Available for punctual travels mainly in Europe- Subject to constraints of minimum presence during normal vacation periods (July/August, Christmas, February, Easter).Human Resources information:- 1st interview is held by the direct manager of the position you applied for (technical interview)- 2nd interview is held by HR departmentElement of package of remuneration:- Variable: bonuses based on objectives- Profit-sharing- Teleworking: up to 2 days/week- Tickets Restaurant (card)- Family Health insurance- Sustainable Mobility Package: Home/Office travels reimbursement if car sharing or bicycling-Reimbursement of 75% of public transport subscriptionPlease send your application file only by e-mail to the following address: recrut@essp-sas.euJob Location: Toulouse (France)Type of Contract: Full time - Permanent ContractESSP is committed to cultural diversity, gender equality and the employment of disabled workers.Do you want to load external content supplied by Twitter? #J-18808-Ljbffr
