Job description: Technical & Financial Assessment: Conduct comprehensive technical and financial analyses of Data Centre projects during the tender phase—whether for construction-only or design & build contracts. Value Engineering: Propose alternative approaches and optimized technical solutions to improve project cost efficiency and scheduling performance. Design Development: Lead the development of project designs across APS, APD, and PRO/DCE phases, coordinating and managing internal and/or external engineering teams. Bid Review: Evaluate supplier and contractor offers, identifying key risks, technical considerations, and financial impacts. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with a wide range of internal teams (Civil Engineering, HVAC, Design Management, Commercial, Planning, etc.) as well as external partners (suppliers, integrators, consultants, project management teams, client technical departments, etc.). Travel Requirements The role involves occasional travel—approximately once per month—to project sites, primarily in Île-de-France and across France, with occasional trips within Europe. #J-18808-Ljbffr
