Within the group, you will join MAZARINE STORIES, a communications agency specialized in brand-building. We design and produce 360° communications, social media campaigns, and digital activations for luxury and premium brands in sectors such as fragrance, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and wines & spirits. We combine creativity with expertise to elevate the image of prestigious brands. Key Responsibilities Content Moderation & Publishing Plan and publish posts in line with each client’s editorial guidelines. Copywriting & Content Creation Craft creative, impactful posts tailored to the luxury and premium market. Ensure consistency in tone and messaging across all channels. Editorial Calendar Management Develop, plan, and update editorial calendars in close collaboration with internal teams and clients. Ensure deadlines are met and the quality of published content remains high. Reporting & Analysis Produce detailed monthly performance reports on social media initiatives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to continuously optimize strategies. Trend Monitoring & Adaptation Stay up to date with platform updates, new features, algorithm changes, and innovative formats. Adapt strategies in response to emerging trends and industry best practices. Community Engagement Actively interact with online communities to boost engagement and loyalty Develop initiatives that drive conversation and reinforce clients’ brand images. Profile Experience At least 2 years of experience managing social media, preferably within the luxury, art, or lifestyle sectors. Technical Skills Deep understanding of key social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their unique dynamics. Familiarity with social media management and reporting tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.). Personal Qualities Creativity, strong organizational skills, and keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Curiosity and adaptability in a fast-evolving digital landscape. Language Skills We are looking for a candidate who is bilingual in English—or a native English speaker—to thrive in our international environment.
