The Strategy & Entrepreneurship Department is composed of 39 faculty members with a strong research orientation in Strategy, International Business, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Sustainability.Our professors have published in top-tier journals, including Strategic Management Journal, Research Policy, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Organization Studies, Journal of Business Ethics, Business and Society, among other top-tier journals. Our research inspires our award-winning teaching, and provides key-stakeholders with useful management insights. The areas are catalyzing our research about timely, impactful topics for business and society, such the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (including diversity and sustainability, among others). They also provide resources – in terms of people (i.e., RAs, postdocs, and data scientists) and financial support – to our faculty working around such topics. Thus, while we will consider all high-quality candidates, those with expertise within these domains will be well received.In addition to the resources available through the Areas of Excellence, we provide a full range of research support, including – among others – an individual annual budget for conferences and other research expenses, experimental behavioral lab, an internal copyeditor, and a unit dedicated to grants development.The compensation package is consistent with international standards (with the addition of generous bonuses linked to one’s publications).
