OverviewIT / Connectivity Solution Design Architect, France – Mindray. Location: Créteil, France or Remote. Travel 20-30%; covers the French market including DROM COM and Switzerland. Part of the Mindray France organization, reporting to the IT Supervisor Sales & Marketing, PMLS – France.ResponsibilitiesSolution design and Implementation of the M-Connect portfolioProject/Product ManagementPresales projects consult and solution designHospital network structure information collecting and analysis (drawing of hospital network structure)Maintaining product portfolio and referencesTechnical release/approval of quotesDevelop the national business in close cooperation with sales and marketingImplementation/After Sales (national Documentation And Implementation)Documentation strategy/standardization for the IT solution projectsCustomer workshops (selling opportunities etc.)Customer segmentation with Sales/upgrade & lifecycle managementInternal and external trainingImplementation of the designed solution at customer sitesMarketing (national Strategy And Promotion)Marketing, sales, and service team IT ability trainingCollect IT requirement from the field and healthcare IT developing trendClose communication with upstream marketing / BU /EU IT team regarding product improvement & future productsEstablishing guides, forms, marketing materials and sales tools (in cooperation with EU/HQ)Develop the national M-Connect strategy together and aligned with EU strategiesTender analysis/supportAttend meetings and exhibitionsPromotion: Present solution to customers/potential customersSupport solution sellingCustomer workshops (selling opportunities etc.)Customer segmentation with Sales/upgrade & lifecycle managementDefine SLA on products together with IT serviceWhat we are looking forBalanced capabilities in IT, marketing & sales, along with IT connectivity project managementDemonstrable experience in IT Connectivity, working with sales teams to design and implement projects, understanding hospital infrastructures in FranceFluent French and English written and verbal are essentialExperience in delivering technical connectivity-based trainingBackground working in a similar role designing, communicating and delivering connectivity solutions to key stakeholders in hospitalsUnderstanding of TCP/IP and other associated protocolsKnowledge of Desktop and Server operating systems – primarily Microsoft based W10, Svr2012/16/19Experience in virtualisation (VMware, HyperV)Preferred: Understanding of HL7, both the protocol and how it integrates with hospital systemsUnderstanding of general hospital IT workflows and IT systems (Imaging, PACS, PAS, EMR HIS, LIS, PDMS) and related standards (HL7/FHIR/DICOM)Preferred: General understanding of MirthAble to work in the country for which you are applying without the requirement of company sponsorshipWhat’s in it for you?This is an excellent position for candidates who want to make a real impact in a role with variety.
