As we are growing rapidly, we are recruiting laboratory technicians and clean room operators. You will be part of a dynamic and passionate team of 35 people. Job Description and Desired Profile In direct relation with our CTO for R&D and the COO for industrial processes, you will implement advanced and innovative processes for the production of our LAYER® modules. In this role, you will be responsible for: Producing and manufacturing modules for production or R&D purposes Engaging in various stages of the manufacturing process, whether manual or automated: chemical engraving, loading printing machines, encapsulating LAYER® products Performing production controls Key Activities: Apply advanced and innovative processes for the fabrication of photovoltaic modules. Follow operational procedures for various stages, which may include: Preparing chemical engraving baths Immersing substrates in baths and cleaning them Loading printing machines with substrates Encapsulating modules Laser cutting modules Packaging and labeling products according to established procedures Other Tasks: Record data to ensure product traceability Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of the clean room and its equipment Conduct in-process quality checks Provide ideas for improving your workstation You Formation: Experience: Ideally, some experience in printing processes, thin film deposition, or semiconductors (including internships or apprenticeships) Ideally, initial experience within an industrial company Experience in a clean room would be a plus Skills: Ability to use computer software (Word, Excel) Mastery of substrates Technical English would be a plus Knowledge of 5S principles Personal Attributes: Precision and attention to detail Teamwork skills and relational abilitiesCommitment to high‑quality work Ability to suggest improvements Level of Autonomy: Works under the responsibility of the team leader, technical directors, and production managers Our offer Our Offer: A start‑up environment that allows you to work on an innovative product and acquire new skills Internal training on our tools and cross‑functional projects to embody our company values Full‑time, permanent contract (35h) in Valence (4.5‑day work week) Sedentary position – Work in a “Gray and/or Clean Room” Clean Concept Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent €23,400 gross annual salary Position in the Organization: Under the cross‑functional responsibility of the CTO for R&D and the COO for industrial aspects Teamwork across various roles in the production chain, at different production stages #J-18808-Ljbffr
