It gathers approximately 1,000 employees and is distinguished by a strong international culture (45 nationalities), creating a rich and stimulating place to work.Within the Group, you will join the AXA Group Ceded Re department.The Group Ceded Reinsurance Department has the following missions:Define and implement the AXA Group\'s reinsurance strategy.Protect the earnings and balance sheets of the Group and its subsidiaries.Analyze risks of hedged portfolios to determine appropriate reinsurance structures and leverage mutualization at the Group level.Implement solutions that optimize the Group\'s internal capacities and facilitate risk transfers to external markets.Ensure the security and efficiency of reinsurance operations for the Group and its subsidiaries.Within this Department, you will be part of the Structuring, Analytics & Pricing team.The Analytics & Pricing team plays a central role within the Group Ceded Re department and is intended to:Ensure optimal use of reinsurance to protect the AXA Group (while respecting risk appetite constraints and minimizing ceded premiums and margins), by reviewing existing structures and recommending appropriate structures for each renewal (including the level of risk retention for AXA\'s main lines of business).Manage the operations of activities carried out by AXA SA, particularly in terms of pricing, structuring, profitability monitoring, and decision-making in underwriting.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for the placement and monitoring of the internal structured reinsurance treaties of the AXA entities within his/her scope. He/she is the main point of contact for the structuring and implementation of these treaties, both in terms of renewing of the existing structures but also putting in place new structures to meet the objectives of the entity.This involves all exchanges with these entities, but also internally within Group Ceded Reinsurance (Actuarial, Legal, Claims, AXA SA Risk Management and Finance/Accounting, etc.), within the Group (Group Finance and Capital Optimization, Group Legal, Group Risk Management) and externally with brokers.Your MissionsCo-Lead the relationship with the entities as they engage with Group Finance and Group Ceded Reinsurance in the identification and structuring of appropriate reinsurance structures.Assist in the rollout and management of the structured reinsurance activity, and the prioritization of the various structures requested by the entities.Manage each treaty as a project, identifying the various stages of the project and their timing, the various tollgates in terms of both local and AXA SA Governance. Secure stakeholders buy-in, ensure that the project is progressing according to the project plan.
