About The Role The Consolidation and Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for the preparation of 55 consolidations, for preparation and distribution of various internal financial reports to the Group parent company and to management on a monthly basis, and ensuring that all transactions and documentation comply with IFRS and US GAAP. The company is now present in nine countries and continues its international development. The position is based at our Parisian headquarters and also covers responsibilities in the day‑to‑day cash management of the company. The Consolidation and Financial Reporting Manager reports to the CFO. Responsibilities Manage the preparation and distribution of internal financial statements and reports, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy. Manage the monthly reporting process, including reconciliations and analysis of related accounts. Coordinate the Company’s annual audit with independent auditors. Develop and maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls. Coordinate, develop and update written policies and procedures over the financial reporting process. Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting. Research and resolve accounting issues, including evaluation and implementation of new accounting pronouncements to ensure IFRS and US GAAP compliance. Manage daily treasury operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (DCG, DSCG or business school specialised in finance). Big 4 Accounting or similar experience. At least two years of experience with SEC disclosure and reporting requirements. Strong technical IFRS and U.S. GAAP accounting knowledge. Managerial experience. Experience with SOX 404 compliance.
