You will work on several ML solutions from requirements through product, own most of this process, and contribute to a cutting‑edge open‑source diffusion model. You will have full ownership of your ML work streams when applicable, or work with teammates on big topics. You will master the whole pipeline, from training models to putting them into production and monitoring their performance. You will work on new features, new applications, and some 0→1 solutions. You will get fast feedback from our users and will iterate quickly, making decisions based on product usage. You will work within a small multicultural team of ~75 passionate, friendly & committed folks. About You 3+ years experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Jax, willing to work with PyTorch. Extensive experience with diffusion models for image creation or editing; trained models from scratch or performed deep surgery beyond original pre‑training. Pragmatic, favoring speed of iteration over perfection; leverage frameworks and libraries to avoid re‑inventing the wheel. Experience with complex product architectures. Strong sense of ownership; initiative in making product & technical decisions. Worked as part of a talented team in a fast‑growing startup. Curious, comfortable explaining or learning; values knowledge sharing and humility. Fluent in English (French not required).
