OverviewJoin Schneider ElectricEdge solutions are becoming key and strategic for the digitization of Schneider Electric offers. You will join the multidisciplinary EcoStruxure Power team within Digital Energy division, where innovation is at the heart of every project. Reporting to the R&D Manager, you will work in a stimulating international environment, contributing to a strategic company program. Based in Grenoble, we’re looking for a passionate, experienced, and skilled System Engineer to build robust and reliable Edge Systems and you will be part of a dynamic team operating under Agile methodology.Your missions:ResponsibilitiesAs a Global Test Leader, you will be responsible for Product and System test activities within the Panel Server program.Take ownership of the overall test strategy of the program, by defining and deploying it in all test teams.Define, improve and maintain a robust and operational test architecture.Lead testing execution phases; write, manage, and run test cases for complex scenarios including performance, robustness, endurance and functional cases.Conduct code and test reviews and mentor junior QA team members.Promote fully automated tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines and ensure comprehensive test coverage.Contribute to dashboarding and reporting for test automation, test coverage, requirements traceability and quality metrics.Coordinate all product, system and E2E IVV test activities to ensure the best quality, driving continuous improvement through defect analysis & stakeholder feedback.Lead the test community of the program and apply best practices in testing to ensure robust, reliable, and high-quality products and systems.Champion process improvements to increase quality, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.Collaborate with developers, product owners, quality and system analysts to ensure quality/traceability standards.Participate in Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, etc.).Be fully involved in system quality and actively participate in on-time deliveries.Organize system demos with external stakeholders.Work in close coordination with international teams.Your ProfileEngineering or master’s degree in software, embedded systems, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in manual and automation testing.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills in French and English.Your Technical Skills+ 5 years of experience ideally in Software development, embedded system or QA/Testing+ 2 years of experience in Continuous Testing tools (e.g. Github actions / Docker, Python, Robot Framework or Pytest) and version control systems (e.g. Git)Linux, Windows, VMs, Cybersec knowledge is necessaryUnderstanding of IoT paradigm:Connectivity technologies and communication protocols, especially Zigbee and ModbusConnected devices (breakers, power meters, IoT server…)Cloud InfrastructuresExperience with Jira and Jama software (Requirement, Test and Defect management)BenefitsNous vous offrons: remuneration attractive et avantages sociaux variés.
