Manager : Finance & Operations Senior Director, Travel RetailManagement: noJob Location: Neuilly sur SeineContract type: CDIReporting directly to the Finance & Operations Senior Director, with a dotted line to the Commercial & Business Development Director, the Business Analyst is responsible for providing the leadership team and internal teams with data analysis to support strategic decision-making, as well as facilitating data consolidation & integration.RESPONSABILITESConsolidate, manage, and structure data from internal and external sources.Work in conjunction with Travel Retail teams to consolidate Travel Retail data and facilitate region’s reporting to Shiseido Travel Retail global office in Singapore.Build dashboards that allow in-depth data analysis and facilitate data communication throughout the organization.Produce monthly business performance reports with data visualization to share at upper-management level, collaborating with other functions to contextualize (Sales, Marketing, Education, Finance, Operations).Support with quarterly Generation data submission (SO).Perform competitors & market analysis as required.PROFILEPassion for the fragrance and beauty industry.Strong business acumen and exceptional analytical skills.Well-experienced in Microsoft Excel and Power BIBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related degreeAt least 4 to 5 years of relevant experienceAbility to work in a multi-cultural environmentPro‑active, self‑started, and able to manage multiple concurrent projectsUnderstanding of the Travel Retail market is a plusDescriptionSAP as service provider #J-18808-Ljbffr
