Full time - Paris or London hybrid or Remote from Western EU Kiln is now part of the prestigious French Government program Communicate with other Kiln teams to help them understand the Software roadmap and technical challenges. Stack: TypeScript, React, PHP/Laravel, REST API Other engineering stacks: Software (Golang); Smart contract (Solidity); Infrastructure (Kubernetes) Requirements +3 years of experience as a Software Engineer (Backend, Frontend, or Fullstack), designing, building, and deploying user-facing and API-based products. Proven TypeScript and React programming skills — professional experience in a production environment. Familiar with software development best practices (Test, CI/CD, DevOps, Security…) Previous experience collaborating in a team-based development environment is required (sprints, code reviews, standups, problem-solving sessions). Curiosity and ability to dig into a topic and follow through. Ability to balance between impact and thoroughness in a fast-paced environment. Experience in web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency, or proven personal experience (eg. Github project, hackathon…) — with solid understanding of protocols, staking, and DeFi. Fluent in English. Nice-to-have Familiar with Ethereum Virtual Machine and smart contracts. Experience building dApps using libraries such as Wagmi and Viem. Knowledge on how to craft raw blockchain transactions. PHP/Laravel programming skills. Experience in a fast-growing, early‑stage startup.
