Our backers include Accel, EQT Growth, Insight Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Sprints, and TPG.Information About The PositionPosition: As Physical Security Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of Vinted Go warehouses and protecting efficiently both our employees and assets. We are seeking someone with a proactive and agile mindset to become part of our team. Our organization is young and continually evolving at a fast pace, making this a unique opportunity to play a significant role in building a multinational security management system.The role is mainly based in our warehouse in Vaires-sur-Marne but will require travels up to 30% of the time.In this position, you’llRisk Management & Incident PreventionConduct a security risk assessment to identify potential security risks in a 24/7 operation.Define internal rules and security management processes.Implement proactive security measures to protect against theft and unauthorized access.Monitor compliance with local security standards and company security policies.Security Link Between Operations and External PartiesLiaise daily with external security services, contractors, and other third parties.Ensure secure and controlled access to operational and restricted zones.Onboard external parties to the Vinted Go security processes.Training and CultureLead security training programs for internal and external staff.Enforce basic security standards and correct non-compliant behaviors.Support change management by reinforcing a strong security culture on a daily basis.Incident & Investigation ManagementBe able to support the operations team in managing any security incidents or breaches.Lead root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Why), draft action plans, and follow up on implementation.Ensure timely documentation and reporting of all security events.Operational SupportEnable the site manager and operations team to focus on operational launch and performance.Act as the daily point of contact for all security-related concerns and escalations.Work cross-functionally with local and regional security teams when needed.About YouHave 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in a warehouse environmentHave a strong understanding of security regulations and practicesExcellent written and spoken EnglishExcellent written and spoken FrenchComfortable with a quickly changing environmentWell-versed in GDPRAdvantage: Experience with warehouse environmentAdvantage: Experience with building a new security management systemWork perksThe opportunity to benefit from our share options programme25 working days of holidayNewest MacBook modelsDigital mental and emotional health support and Employee Assistant Program (EAP)Home office support: we provide IT workstation equipment and a personal budget of up to €540 for home workplace furnitureA daily lunch allowancePrivate health insuranceFrequent team-building eventsA personal monthly budget for shopping on VintedA dog-friendly officeWorking at VintedIndividual Learning BudgetWe invest in your professional growth As part of our commitment to continuous learning, we offer an annual learning budget to support your personal and career development through courses, certifications, workshops and more.Hybrid WorkWe’ve adopted a hybrid workplace model where 2 days in office are recommended but not enforced.
