Job: QA ManagerLocation: ParisKey responsibilities:Embed robust inspection plans from the start of each project.Document findings, track Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) with photos and videos, and issue punch-lists.Prove compliance to the General Contractor using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) as the single source of truth.Convert raw site data into clear, auditable quality records and dashboards.Keep Project Managers, site teams, and clients aligned on quality status.Coach subcontractors, lead toolbox talks, and promote continuous improvement.Manage quality-related relationships with General Contractors, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring clear and assertive communication.Collaborate with Site Managers, EHS & Logistics, BIM & Engineering teams, and Quantity Surveyors, while reporting to the Project Manager and Director Operations.Qualifications/Experience:Solid track record in QA or QC for construction or fit-out projects (data centers or other mission-critical environments preferred).Deep knowledge of QA/QC processes, ISO standards, and root-cause analysis methods.IT-savvy with experience in digital QA/QC platforms; ACC (or similar) preferred.Skilled in producing data-driven reports with visual evidence (photos, videos, punch-lists).Proven ability to manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors under pressure.Strong command of English and French; Polish is a plus but not required.Willingness to spend significant time on-site in Paris and across France.Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and confident in challenging teams when quality slips.Thrives in fast-paced environments and consistently delivers high-quality results under tight deadlines.Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Construction, Building Construction, and Engineering Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
