Vos missions contribuent à l’amélioration continue des soins pour les patients souffrant d’AVC, d’insuffisance cardiaque et de fibrillation auriculaire. Vous aurez 80 % de déplacements, principalement dans la zone assignée, et parfois pour soutenir d’autres secteurs. Key Responsibilities Offrir une formation optimale et des conseils cliniques aux utilisateurs de notre pompe cardiaque; internal reporting and cooperation with management and colleagues are part of your usual responsibilities. Support clinique: contribute to the optimal use of our cardiac pump during procedures through your expertise. Drive quality: coordinate and support user centers through presentations and clinical discussions. Organiser des tables rondes sur des sujets importants pour nos clients (identification des patients, traitement optimal, interaction avec les médecins). Staff training: organize training sessions to increase usage and clinical performance for our Healthcare Professionals clients. Participate in clinical support in cardiac catheterization labs and/or operating rooms. Organiser des formations pour accroître l’utilisation et les performances cliniques de nos clients. Deliver on-call availability by phone or on-site as needed. Qualifications and Experience Succès de la formation clinique ou clinico-technique, idéalement infirmier diplômé d’état ou ingénierie biomédicale. 3-5 years of professional experience in direct patient care in intensive care or cardiology or cardiac surgery departments. Convincing attitude and ability to develop and promote long‑term client relationships. Good communication and presentation skills and ability to work in a team. High flexibility and willingness to travel 80% of your time in the specified regions and readiness for emergency situations. On‑call availability by phone or on site. Strong leadership and ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively. English proficiency sufficient to be trained in English (oral and written) and to keep up with the latest clinical publications. Driving license (mandatory); capable of lifting up to 30 kg. Capable of standing for long hours during procedures and conferences. Capacity to communicate information clearly and effectively. Ability to adapt to rapid changes and new technologies. Required Skills Strong clinical knowledge in cardiology. Experience delivering training to healthcare professionals. Excellent interpersonal and customer‑centric approach. Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in English and French.
