Business Segment: Personal & Private BankingTo proactively drive all lifecycle activities relating to business IT services in the portfolio in consultation with the Product Owner, supported by Feature and Component teams and the Release Train Engineer. Formally defining the service (understanding all applications, systems, vendors etc. that form part of service).QualificationsLicences and Certifications:ITIL Foundations v3 - Safe AgileExperience Required :5 - 7 years experience in TechnologyBusiness Partner service and support expertise and knowledge, Financial analysisknowledge of service pricing methods and techniques. Global mind-set with theability to develop strategy and translate it into actions and deliverables. Strongunderstanding of the business climate and technology needs in company locationsglobally. Agile working practices and Lean & Scrum proficiency. Exposure andknowledge of all aspects of ICT management and delivery.Key Outputs :Analyse the trends relating to performance and stability of individual services; identifying and making recommendations forincremental improvement by engaging with the Product Owner/Manager; Release Train Engineer (RTE) and other program levelparties and injecting items into the backlog.Assess and communicate service risks and the potential impact of planned production changes (planned release train changes orinfrastructure changes).Assist with co-ordination of the DR tests, liaising with the Business Continuity Manager (BCM), 3rd parties, relevant Feature andComponent teams (who are responsible to schedule, coordinate and ensure execution as per PI Capacity).Build and mature the ITSM practices in line with the published standards and frameworks both at a portfolio level standardisation,as well as within LOB portfolios.Collaborate with peer program portfolios to coordinate efforts, manage dependencies and enable seamless integration acrossinitiatives, actively contributing to guilds and communities of practice to advance organisational goals, share best practices anddrive continues improvement.Additional InformationArticulating InformationChallenging IdeasChecking ThingsDeveloping StrategiesDirecting PeopleEmpowering IndividualsExploring PossibilitiesFollowing ProceduresGenerating IdeasMaking DecisionsProviding InsightsResolving ConflictShowing ComposureTeam WorkingUpholding StandardsInformation Security ManagementKnowledge of Banking & Financial Service #J-18808-Ljbffr
