Neuralk-AI is looking for a talented and experienced Product Designer to help us create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences from brainstorming to delivery. You will report to both founders of Neuralk and will be located in our Paris offices. Neuralk is a deep-tech company building the next generation of Foundation Models for Data Science. Our mission is to build the predictive layer for businesses, transforming data science from a series of one-off initiatives, stitched together across silos, overly bespoke, and dependent on a handful of specialists, into a durable capability: a scalable predictive infrastructure that continuously learns from an organization’s data and powers decisions across the enterprise. Our product is a Data Science agent, powered by our Foundation Models, that assists data scientists throughout their workflow, from problem framing to robust, production-ready models. We focus on the hardest and most common data problems in companies: structured datasets describing customers, operations, risks or financial activity. Mission Highlights As a Product Designer, you will be crucial in shaping the user experience and interface of our AI workflows platform. You will lead the design process, ensuring intuitive and user-centered designs that enhance overall user satisfaction. Collaborating closely with commercial, research and engineering teams, you will ensure that design solutions are feasible, effective, and aligned with technical and business goals. Your focus will be on creating high-quality, well-documented designs that support robust and scalable infrastructure, driving the success and adoption of our platform. Role & Responsibilities This position is the keystone to our company’s core initiative to build a platform that automates expert AI workflows on structured datasets. You will contribute to the overall product vision. You will be responsible for: Comprehensive Design Ownership: Manage the complete design process, from initial user research and brainstorming to final prototyping and implementation with the technical team. Brand and Vision Integration: Convert our vision, brand identity, and core values into visually appealing and functional user interfaces. Scalable Design Frameworks: Establish and maintain scalable design systems, including principles, patterns, and thorough documentation to ensure consistency and scalability. Continuous Improvement: Regularly test, measure, and refine designs to ensure they deliver meaningful and impactful user experiences. Quick Prototyping: Use both coding and no-code tools to rapidly create and iterate on prototypes, effectively communicating ideas and generating enthusiasm. Agile UX Practices: Operate within an agile UX environment to swiftly prototype, test, and refine concepts in collaboration with diverse teams. Customer-centric Vision In-Depth User Research: Develop a profound understanding of our users, identify unmet needs, and uncover new opportunities through detailed research. User Experience: Ensure all products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the highest standards of usability and design and collect feedback for continuous improvement Data-driven Decisions Data-Informed Design: Lead user research initiatives and base your design decisions on solid data analysis to ensure they are well-informed and effective. Market Research: Gathers customer insights, analyzes competitors, and quantifies market opportunities. Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Collaborate with engineers, research scientists, and other stakeholders to shape our product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. Effective Communication: Clearly present design solutions to stakeholders at all levels, explaining the rationale behind your decisions to foster understanding and support. Roadmap Management Roadmap Management: Create and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term needs with long‑term strategic goals. Quality in Fast-Paced Environments: Deliver high-quality work in a dynamic and sometimes challenging startup environment, embracing innovation and adaptability. Profile Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a top-tier engineering and/or business school (X, CentraleSupélec, Mines, Ponts, HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, or similar). 5-8+ years of experience in Product Design including all or part of the following: UX design, UX research, UI design, motion design, project management, 0-to-1 products, front-end development, product marketing. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe suite, and a solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) Excellent communication skills in English. Self-starter and autonomous who is results-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative. Proven ability to work with interdisciplinary teams. Maintain high design standards without perfectionism, understand tradeoffs of fast‑paced evolving startup environment. Understand audience feelings, cultures and challenges through an inquisitive and learning‑based approach.
