Strong ability to balance long‑term vision with pragmatic execution in fast‑evolving AI environments. Deep understanding of customer needs, paired with a passion for creating intuitive, impactful solutions. Demonstrated success mentoring and developing technical leaders, strengthening engineering culture, and raising talent density.
