OverviewBackend Software Engineer (H/F) - CDI at Hello WattDescriptif du poste: L’app Hello Watt, c’est 2 millions de téléchargements, 800 000 foyers connectés. C’est l’app pour piloter l’énergie dans son logement, réduire ses factures et participer à la stabilité du réseau électrique via les marchés de la flexibilité. Nous recherchons un.e Backend Engineer à l’aise avec Django pour nous aider à accélérer, se connecter à plus de fabricants et améliorer l’impact de l’application. Tu participeras activement à la conception, l’architecture et l’implémentation des nouvelles briques backend de l’application Hello Watt. Le poste est intégré à l’équipe produit aux côtés des autres développeurs, des Product Designer et Product Manager. Responsabilités Concevoir et développer les intégrations avec les équipementiers de matériel connecté (pompes à chaleur, chauffe-eaux, onduleurs solaires, bornes de recharge de véhicules électriques, etc.) pour permettre le pilotage du logement. Intégrer des fonctionnalités de flexibilité énergétique et d’effacement (programmation intelligente, pilotage selon les signaux de production solaire/effacement, etc.). Concevoir des APIs consommées par l’application Hello Watt: robustes, scalables et bien documentées en lien avec les exigences de performance, de qualité de code et de sécurité. Participer aux choix d’architecture backend, à l’optimisation des performances et à la qualité du code (revues, tests, CI/CD…). Profil recherché / Compétences techniques Expérience confirmée en développement backend avec Python, idéalement avec Django. Maîtrise des enjeux inhérents à l’intégration avec des APIs tierces : defensive programming, orchestration, validation de schéma. Connaissances en design d’API REST. Maîtrise des bonnes pratiques de développement : typage & lint de code, tests unitaires et fonctionnels, documentation, revues de code, architecture modulaire par domaines métier. Autres compétences Volonté de travailler sur des produits à impact Goût pour les belles choses Volonté de progresser, individuellement et en équipe Environnement technique Backend: Python avec Django (REST APIs, ORM, Admin); Celery; Redis Base de données: MySQL (relationnel); MongoDB (NoSQL) Infrastructure & Déploiement: AWS (Elastic Beanstalk, S3, RDS); CI/CD avec GitLab CI Outils & Collaboration: Linear, Slite, GitLab Processus de recrutement Appel (20 min) avec un lead engineer Test technique autonome Entretien en présentiel avec plusieurs ingénieurs et PMs Offre Qui sont-ils ?
