The Growth team seeks a dedicated copywriting expert to professionalise and scale our content engine across France, Belgium, Spain and Canada, turning SEO and the emerging GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) into top‑tier acquisition levers. This role blends two core elements: writing content members love—clear, helpful, human—and architecting the systems to scale it, using AI workflows and multi‑market processes that respect local regulations and cultural nuances. Key Responsibilities Own and execute Alan’s content calendar across formats: blog posts, in‑depth guides, landing pages. Cover topics our members care about: wellness at work, preventive health advice, navigating insurance complexity. Ship high‑quality work at pace while maintaining Alan’s distinctive brand voice. Create content that generates awareness (brand & non‑brand traffic), conversions, and positions Alan as a category leader in health insurance. Ensure brand coherence from content execution to strategic narrative ownership. Adapt Alan’s content framework for Spain, Belgium and Canada—respecting local regulations, cultural nuances and member expectations. Build repeatable localisation processes, avoiding bottlenecks and quality loss. Work with local market teams to ensure content is accurate, compliant and resonates with audiences. Build custom AI agents to automate research, drafts and optimisation. Optimize for AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity) in addition to Google. Test workflows that allow consistent delivery of quality content. Level up your skills: receive training on AI agent creation (Dust workflows) and SEO automation (Semrush). Requirements 2‑3 years of content/copywriting experience, with at least 1‑2 years in a high‑growth tech or scale‑up environment. Exceptional writing craft: compelling, clear copy across blogs, guides and landing pages. SEO fundamentals: comfort with keyword research, semantic analysis and optimisation tools (SEMrush, Google Search Console, CMS, etc.). Track record of measurable impact: owned a content channel and can demonstrate results. Experience balancing brand and performance, navigating the tension between storytelling and optimisation. Operational excellence at pace: build/ improve content workflows to deliver volume without compromising quality. Data‑informed mindset: analyze performance metrics and iterate based on insights. Curiosity about AI/GEO: excited about LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity) changing content discovery and eager to experiment with AI‑powered workflows. Fluent in French and English (mandatory). For this role we're looking for a B level on our grid. Nice to Have Multi‑market/localisation experience in European scale‑ups. Spanish or Dutch proficiency. Experience in regulated industries (fintech, healthtech, insurtech) working within constraints. Experience collaborating closely with Growth Marketing, Demand Gen or Product Marketing teams. Previous use of AI agents or content automation tools (Dust, Claude, GPT). Interest in health, insurance or wellness topics—prior knowledge is a strong bonus.
