Global Benefits Project Manager H/F Based in Paris, this hybrid role with telework supports Mercer in implementing global benefits programmes for multinational clients, driving cost savings, efficiency, consistency, and governance while allowing local entities to remain competitive. Responsibilities Intervenir auprès d’une grande variété de clients internationaux Evoluer dans un environnement agile, collaboratif et bienveillant Monter en compétences rapidement Se positionner en véritable chef de projets dans le cadre de missions d’envergure liées aux avantages sociaux Coordonner efficacement la réalisation et le suivi des missions à l’échelle internationale avec l’ensemble du réseau Mercer S’assurer que les activités clés sont complétées et que les parties internes/externes sont alignées Veiller à ce que la Gouvernance de nos clients soit respectée par les courtiers locaux S’assurer de la mise à jour de notre outil de reporting Collaborer avec le Centre d'excellence pour le soutien opérationnel Soutenir le développement et la formation des courtiers locaux Préparer les documents et rapports diverses pour les réunions avec les clients Qualifications Première expérience réussie dans la gestion de projet Une aptitude à dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau De l’autonomie, rigueur, ténacité Capacité à fidéliser et rassurer le client Dynamisme et enthousiasme À l’aise avec les nouvelles technologies et outils collaboratifs Première expérience dans le monde de l’assurance serait un plus Anglais bilingue Esprit collaboratif Benefits Développement de votre potentiel grâce aux opportunités de développement et un accompagnement managérial Culture dynamique et inclusive, travail avec des collègues talentueux pour créer de nouvelles solutions et impacter vos collègues et clients Large éventail d'opportunités de carrière et avantages visant à améliorer votre bien‑être Equal Opportunity Statement Marsh McLennan is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment.
