Senior Data Scientist W/M/D at Million Victories Job Description As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll be at the core of our data‑driven decision‑making process. You’ll use machine learning to forecast player behavior, especially lifetime value, and build tools and dashboards that bring our game and user acquisition data to life. You’ll work closely with game designers and marketing managers, helping them make smarter decisions grounded in data. You Will Develop and maintain machine learning models for predicting LTV, churn, and player segmentation Collaborate with the user acquisition team to optimize acquisition spend and improve ROAS predictions using model insights Partner with game designers to analyze gameplay data, identify opportunities for improvement, and support A/B testing and feature iteration Create intuitive, actionable dashboards and reports, using Looker Studio or similar, to surface key insights across the company Design and interpret experiments to validate hypotheses and measure feature impact Help define and improve the data modeling layer, using dbt and BigQuery, to support analytics and ML use cases Requirements 4+ years of experience in data science, with a strong foundation in machine learning and statistical modeling Experience with LTV prediction, retention modeling, or similar applications in gaming Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with BigQuery, dbt, or other modern data stack tools Solid Python skills for building and deploying ML models Comfort working with visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar A deep understanding of data from mobile games, apps, or B2C consumer products Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with non‑technical stakeholders Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus Motivation to work cross‑functionally and translate between business needs and technical solutions Perks Hybrid work: 3 days remote per week Flexible working hours with the option of a 4.5‑day week Opportunity to become a shareholder of the company Lunch card: €8/day, 50% covered by the company Access to sports equipment in the office Training & conferences supported to help you grow Quarterly/Monthly team lunches and a Christmas gift card …and more Recruitment Process Initial phone call with Isabelle Merley, Talent Manager Acquisition, to understand your background and walk you through the process Interview with William, Lead Data Analyst, to align on expectations and vision Case study to assess your problem‑solving and strategic thinking Discussion with Omar, Data Analyst of the Business Intelligence team Final interview with Charles, CMO Additional Information Contract: Full‑time, based in Lyon, Paris, or remotely Start date: As soon as possible Median Salary: €50,000 per year Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full‑time Job function Analyst Industries Retail Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Million Victories by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
