We uphold core values such as Commitment, Agility, Curiosity, Adaption, and Trust.Automated Test Developer / Back-End QA Engineer (M / F)We are looking for a Back-End QA Specialist to join our technical team and support our main objective for 2025: ensuring the quality of our SoftPOS products.As a member of the GoToProd squad, you will be responsible for guaranteeing the quality of our flagship product deliveries. You’ll work closely with the development teams to embed quality assurance processes into our daily operations in a sustainable and structured way.You’ll be supported by Julien (Squad Lead) and Alexandre (Back-End Tech Lead), and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.Depending on your profile and interests, your main tasks may include:Designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure full coverage of product featuresTesting APIs according to specifications to ensure compliance with quality standardsRunning performance tests using tools like K6, Grafana, and working with development teams to optimize performanceCollaborating with development teams to understand product requirements and featuresAnalyzing test results, identifying anomalies, working with dev teams to resolve them, and supporting clients in troubleshootingContributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes and software development practicesBecoming a user of your own developments—on your smartphoneAs you can see, the missions are both diverse and exciting Joining Market Pay Fincancial Institutions means becoming part of a human-sized company that’s growing fast, while working on apps used by millions of users (yourself probably included).ProfileYou have an engineering degree and at least 3 years of experience in software development, with 3 years in software QAYou’re comfortable with technical environments such as Cucumber, REST APIs, Kubernetes, Postman, and you have solid development skills in Java and/or GoYou have excellent test plan writing skills and experience executing automated testsYou have hands‑on experience with performance testing tools such as K6You’ve demonstrated the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in an Agile environmentYou possess strong communication and problem‑solving skillsBonus: If you have knowledge of payment and transaction standards and technologies (EMV, VISA, Mastercard…), this role is made for youWe’d love to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
