Purpose As a Maintenance Execution Discipline Manager, you will govern the processes related to Maintenance Planning, Scheduling, and Control to ensure efficiency and productivity in maintenance activities. This role is essential for ensuring workforce productivity and the quality of maintenance execution. Responsibilities Lead and manage the Maintenance Planning, Scheduling, and Control processes across the organization. Ensure effective planning and scheduling of maintenance activities. Monitor and control maintenance execution to achieve high levels of efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of maintenance activities with operational goals. Provide training and support to teams on Maintenance Execution methodologies and best practices. Continuously improve the Maintenance Execution process to enhance maintenance effectiveness. Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in Maintenance Management or Reliability Engineering is preferred. Experience Minimum of 15 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and control. Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance processes in a global organization. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
