Today, this system is at risk: employees see mandatory health visits as pointless bureaucracy, HR admins struggle with services that add mental load without delivering value, and occupational health practitioners lack the tools and time to focus on real prevention. Meanwhile, critical issues like work-related mental health, musculoskeletal disorders, and burnout continue to grow. We\'re building Prévenir, a new kind of occupational health service that puts employees first. Our mission is to make occupational health a trusted partner that people actually turn to when they have work-related health concerns—not just a legal obligation they endure once every few years. You\’ll work side by side with experienced team members to build the platform from 0 to 1, helping us craft the foundations of a product we expect to be a major breakthrough in how companies care for their employees’ health at work. Qualifications & Fit Passionate about creating delightful products with exceptional user experiences. Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross-platform environment, familiar with modern web technologies. Clear progression in your career - increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time. Self-starting and entrepreneurial mindset. Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching. Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority). Fluent in English (no need to speak French).
