Location This remote role is based in the EMEA region. Role Overview We are hiring a Salesforce Administrator who strives for the highest engineering quality and process efficiency, seeks continuous improvement, and applies skills at work. This position works closely with the Business Systems team, which manages NetSuite, Salesforce and other business systems, and delivers first‑class experiences to Canonical business operations. Responsibilities Develop engineering solutions in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems Collaborate with colleagues on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews Learn Canonical business processes Coach, mentor, and provide career development feedback where appropriate Develop and evangelize great engineering and organizational practices Qualifications Exceptional academic track record from high school and university Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about an alternative path Track record of exceeding expectations and achieving outstanding results Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills Result‑oriented, with a personal drive to meet commitments Ability to travel internationally twice a year for up to two weeks of company events Nice‑to‑have Skills Performance engineering and security experience Experience with accounting, sales, sales operations, or other business roles Benefits Distributed work environment with twice‑yearly team sprints in person Personal learning and development budget of USD 2,000 per year Annual compensation review Recognition rewards Annual holiday leave Maternity and paternity leave Employee Assistance Program Opportunity to travel to new locations to meet colleagues Priority Pass and travel upgrades for long‑haul company events Performance‑driven annual bonus or commission and base pay competitive with global standards About Canonical Canonical is a pioneering tech firm at the forefront of the global move to open source.
