Group Treasury & Financing Manager Department: Finance Employment Type: Full Time Location: Gennevilliers Compensation: €80,000 - €90,000 / year Description Upway is currently recruiting for the position of Group Treasury & Financing Manager. This role presents a unique opportunity to build the Treasury & Financing function from the ground up. This role includes taking ownership of all the banking relations of the company, forecasting accurately the cash needs of the business, establishing the banking strategy to finance the company growth, and optimizing the return of the company cash reserves. What you will do Work closely with the Accounting and Strategy & Planning teams to forecast accurately the company Cash Position Take ownership of the banking relationships of the company (JPM, Citi, HSBC, BPCE, Belfius, Qonto & Brex) Define the strategy to finance the company growth at the best financial conditions possible and execute against it. Manage company cash reserves in three currencies (€, £ & $) Support founders on ad‑hoc finance related projects What you will need Academics: Strong Business, Engineering or Financial Academic background. Experience: 5+ years of Financial experience, including 2+ years in Treasury Management Language Proficiency: Fluency / Native in English and French. German / Dutch speaking could be a plus but not required Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, adept at extracting actionable insights from data. Project & Stakeholders Management: Ability to plan and execute initiatives of varying durations and scales while effectively managing stakeholders. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
