About the Team & Business Line: Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. As a core member of our Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award‑winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. Your Role: Ensure uniformity in processes & team structures and management in Luxembourg and other locations. Manage and monitor the timing and quality of the team’s client deliverables. Interact with senior management and manage overall relationships with clients. Work towards enhancing current servicing levels in order to deliver beyond client expectations. Prepare financial data analysis and monitor the timing and quality of client deliverables. Review Real Estate fund client partnership agreements, PPM’s and other materials. Participate in the implementation of fund structures onto the accounting system. Monitor compliance of various agreements with clients, including the Service Level Agreement. Train and support team members in their development. Operate as a contact point for clients; respond to and resolve queries or escalation. Act as liaison with various internal / external parties – auditors, legal counsel. Assist in client audit procedures. Maintain and control the general ledger and sub‑ledgers; prepare financial statements, footnotes and partner capital statements. Prepare / Review limited partner and general partner allocations, trial balances and work paper product. Process complex bookkeeping entries. Be involved in a full scope of transaction activities including full cycle accounting. About You: Degree in Business or Finance related area. Designated accountant or working towards ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA designation. 8‑10+ years of public/private real estate accounting work experience. Experience in reviewing and preparing general ledgers and financial statements. Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (verbal & written). Motivated, bright and diligent individual who is driven to meet deadlines. Team player who is able to manage individual responsibilities. Sound judgment, problem‑solving and analytical skills. Advanced in MS Excel; proficient with MS Word, MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of MRI, Yardi, or Investran – advantage. Experience in Limited Partnership accounting – plus. Private equity / real estate fund administration experience – plus. Experience with open‑ended fund – plus. Familiarity with tax‑efficient European structures and related investment vehicles and regulatory requirements – advantage.
