Overview Alan’s Clinic is on a mission to change healthcare by making it personal, accessible, and preventive. As an engineer, you will develop services that directly impact thousands of members daily, focusing on the member experience, operational stack, and underlying platform. What You Will Do Make healthcare personal: develop tools that empower health professionals to offer empathetic, tailored, and efficient support, leveraging AI to support each member’s unique story. Scale preventive care: build platform infrastructure that proactively supports members in staying healthy. Secure by design: navigate complex healthcare regulations while maintaining Alan’s high‑quality, high‑security user experience. Worldwide impact: work on a product that serves members in many countries. Qualifications Member‑facing product expertise – you understand what it takes to build delightful user experiences at scale. Comfortable working with TypeScript and Python in a cross‑platform environment, familiar with modern web technologies, and proficient in object‑oriented programming using Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, or C#. Clear career progression – increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time. Humble and willing to grow. Fluent in English (no need to speak French). What Makes You Stand Out Experience building digital health products in a fast‑paced environment. Mobile development experience (React Native) – our members live on mobile.
