By the end of the program, you’ll have the skills, insights, and confidence to craft your future—and embark on an exciting career path with us.Your MissionAfter the 12 months rotation, which will include few months in Italy, you will be part of the innovation team based in Saint Laurent sur Sèvre.This team is responsible for developing new solutions to provide our customers in the Food, Home & Personal Care, and Wine & Spirits markets with high-end palettizing machines.Your role will be to design and develop innovative solutions and enhance existing modules, including automation, robotic, and dialogue terminals. You will also create standard frameworks, provide technical support, and lead assigned technical projects.Your main responsibilitiesDesign and develop programming for innovation project, as well as improving existing modules (automation, robotics, human machine interface).Creating standardized technical foundations to support the deployment and scalability of these solutions.Providing technical support throughout the development and implementation phases of innovation projects.Acting as a technical leader, ensuring consistency and quality across the projects and acting as the technical referent for the technologies assigned to you.Along this journey, you will learn from our experts and grow as a new talent within our organization.Your ProfileWe are looking for someone that :Is fluent in EnglishHas a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or MechatronicsObtained Master’s degree less than 2 years ago #J-18808-Ljbffr
