About the Us On behalf of an advanced aerospace client in Dubai, we are hiring an Avionics Test Engineer to support the development of a next-generation eVTOL aircraft in Dubai. This is a highly hands‑on role focused on system‑level avionics testing, integration, and validation, working close to real hardware, test benches, and flight test activities. The position sits at the intersection of avionics, systems engineering, and test automation in a fast‑moving, prototype‑driven environment. Responsibilities Perform system‑level avionics testing across integrated aircraft systems Support ground and flight test campaigns, including test preparation and execution Develop, execute, and maintain test procedures, test plans, and validation reports Work with HIL / SIL environments, test benches, and avionics rigs Debug and troubleshoot avionics, electrical, and system integration issues Contribute to test automation and data analysis using Python and/or MATLAB/Simulink Collaborate closely with avionics, electrical, mechanical, and control engineering teams Participate in root‑cause analysis and support corrective actions Operate in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements and rapid iteration cycles Qualifications BSc or equivalent in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Avionics, or a related field Proven experience in avionics testing, aircraft systems testing, or aerospace system validation Required Skills Strong hands‑on experience with avionics and system integration testing Experience working with test benches, HIL/SIL setups, or automated test environments Practical knowledge of avionics architectures, electrical interfaces, and aircraft systems Experience using Python and/or MATLAB/Simulink for testing, automation, or data analysis Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem‑solving skills Self‑driven profile with strong execution and ownership mindset Location & Package Dubai, UAE (on‑site) Competitive tax‑free salary + family benefits Relocation support for international candidates #J-18808-Ljbffr
