Responsibilities Control of expenses: prepare budget and forecasts, analysis actual (P&L, cash), propose accruals KPI definition and follow up for Industrial activities Follow up of investments for R&D activities Follow up of raw materials expenses & stock for Bruges Ensure relationship with accounting for questions related to accounting for his scope Contribute to define/establish process and rules for Controlling in relation with ACC teams Contribute to improve Finance IT system: describe controlling requirements for his scope Ensure finance processes implementation in Bruges teams Quote new business for prototype line Knowledge Controlling in industrial environment. Accounting – Immos ERP experience Excel English fluent Experience Controlling minimum of 5 years of working experience in industrial facilities CAPEX management Solid hands on experience on the shop floor, able to understand the realities of production, engage with operations teams and turn operational data into performance drivers. Qualifications Degree in Finance or engineer with finance experience Key Behaviours Agility in a fast growing environment. Define rules and process quickly, control and adapt, standardize.
