Associate Customer Success Manager US – Based in Paris1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsOur mission at PlayPlay is to empower every company to achieve tangible business results with a powerful, intuitive, and accessible video creation platform.We’re looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager to join the US Customer Success team. You’ll work closely with our global CS team in Paris and local US team to drive adoption, engagement, and retention across a portfolio of 70–100 commercial scale accounts.ResponsibilitiesBuild trusted, long‑term relationships with clients.Deliver a seamless customer experience: onboarding, training, adoption check‑ins, business reviews, renewals, and expansion.Drive adoption and engagement by monitoring usage KPIs and proactively coaching customers.Own retention and renewal outcomes for your portfolio.Identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.Advise customers on content strategy and provide best‑practice resources.Lead workshops/webinars to upskill users.Contribute to strategic projects: improve internal processes, enhance education offering, and scale impact across US and globally.Provide customer feedback to Product, Sales, Marketing and company‑wide teams.Qualifications1–3 years of Customer Success experience in the US market, with at least 1 year as a CSM in B2B SaaS.Proven ability to manage multiple customers, stakeholders, and priorities.Knowledge of key CSM metrics (NPS, CSAT, churn, retention, expansion) and familiarity with CS tools.Experience in MarTech, media, or creative software industries is a plus.Fluent in English.About YouCustomer‑obsessed.
