In this role you will ensure the successful implementation of the Workday solutions with customers through product and implementation expertise.The ideal candidate for this position should have extensive experience implementing Absence and Time Tracking systems, requirements gathering, configuration, data conversion, and testing. You should be detail oriented, self‑motivated, proactive, results‑oriented and able to successfully partner with customers and your project team. Be ready to be challenged and have funKey Areas of ResponsibilityMaster Workday Absence and Time Tracking.Perform the following on a client engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, assist the client in testing.Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday.Assist the Integration Consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and 3rd party/custom solutions.Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all client engagements.Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions.Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants.Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships.About YouThis role requires a blended mix of Functional and Technical Consulting skills relating to the implementation of business software applications. Workday Consultants act as trusted advisors to our Customers, guiding them through the functional aspects of the Workday platform. If you have existing or transferable experience in any of the following areas, then we’d love to hear from you:Basic Qualifications4+ years Consulting experience, either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting/Software Company4+ years experience working with, or Implementing a Tier 1 business software application such as: Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian or similar applicationsOther QualificationsBusiness analysis and requirements gathering skillsA strong presenter with excellent verbal and written Communication skillsAbility and desire to learn technology quickly through a mix of different mediumsResourceful and adaptable; you’ll be comfortable workingExperience with Payroll compliance and/or legislationRemotely, utilizing a variety of tools with a high degree of autonomyAbility to travel up to 20% of the timeLanguage Skills: Business fluent English and either German or French requiredPursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.Workday is an Equal Opportunity Employer including individuals with disabilities and protected veterans.Are you being referred to one of our roles?
