We are a team to support the top management drive the company's growth, development, and achievement of strategic objectives.Reporting to the global performance manager, the scope of the Global Sales performance and transformation analyst is:Support the Global Performance manager in defining the performance frameworks / KPIs to measure and drive success across the global commercial executionRun cadence of reporting on Ingenico sales performance across all geographies for Regional managing directors, the Executive committee and the Board of directorsProactively contribute to insight generation through data driven analysisResponsibilitiesConduct the reporting activities to, Regional Managing Directors, The executive committee and Board of DirectorsConduct sales transformation analysis with robust data-driven reports leading to actionable insightsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data (Finance, product, supply…)You must:Have strong quantitive skills and ability to think conceptually about dataBe able to turn data into valuable insights that inform decisionsYou must be able to identify and apply the most appropriate analytical techniques to:bring different data sources togethertell a story with datachallenge assumptions about datainterpret requirements and present data in a clear and compelling way. This includes using graphical representations and data visualizationspresent, communicate and disseminates analysis appropriately to a range of audienceBe an expert user of key analytical tools incl.
