Payroll Partner (France - Remote) – Join to apply at Veralto. We are seeking a proactive payroll professional to join our HR Services team, based in France and working remotely. About the role Payroll Partner will be a key member of the wider HR team, supporting payroll operations and ensuring compliance across the European region. The role will work closely with payroll providers, finance and HR in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Manage Tier 1 payroll requests, responding to inquiries and supporting transactional execution. Serve as point of contact for regional EMEA associate groups, primarily France, and support other countries as needed. Oversee the full payroll cycle – collect, validate and input payroll data, and ensure timely payment of salaries in compliance with statutory regulations, in partnership with providers. Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate calculations and timely submissions of contributions, taxes and other statutory requirements. Update HRIS and share hiring, leaver, transfer, promotion and organizational changes with finance and HR. Support internal and external audits, SOX compliance and documentation of procedures. Communicate with tax offices, health insurance companies, social security institutions and other authorities. Process supplementary insurance and pension plans. Prepare payroll reports, certificates and forms, reconcile with finance and support annual financial statements. Essential requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related field with at least 2 years of payroll experience. Deep knowledge of local labor, tax and social security regulations in France; additional country knowledge is welcomed. Experience working in multicultural, international teams, collaborating with Finance and HR partners. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information; strong communication, planning, ownership skills. Problem‑solving and results‑oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities. Proficiency in French and English; additional European languages welcomed. Knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday; proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Additional information Veralto is a global leader in essential technology solutions.
